Brown sauce recipe

I would like to share my brown sauce recipe with you guys.

2x tablespoons of butter
2x tablespoons of flour

Mix togheter in a heated pot

Add 4 dl meat broth or equivelent

Take off the stove and add 0,5 dl cream and 2 teaspoons of chinese soy.

Perfect to serve with any meat dish, for instance meatballs or chicken!!

Tasty!!!!!!!!!! I make it everyday!!!!
