2. How many states are there in the USA? (Don't laugh, some people don't know)
That's not exactly fair for us non-americans. Though actually I do know come to think of it.
3. In which hand is the Statue of Liberty's torch?
Again, kind of us-centric though I do still know.
5. What two numbers on the telephone dial don't have letters by them?
Varies from telephone to telephone.
6. When you walk does your left arm swing with your right or left leg?
Depends on your training.
7. How many matches are in a standard pack?
Depends upon the brand.
8. On the United States flag is the top stripe red or white?
Again US-centric.

Trick question.
14. Which way do fans rotate?
Many are reversible (mine is)
15. What is on the back of a Canadian dime?
Still American-centric, if not US.
17. Do books have even-numbered pages on the right or left side?
Depends on the size of the introduction, inclusion of artwork and general numbering decision. Certain books as a humourous point number their pages in strange ways (though that's rare).

What brand?
22. On which playing card is the card maker's trademark?

Depends on the phone.
Ok CI. I'm finished and am ready for the answers.
Wow. I am more observant than I thought.
I got 12.
I agree with theantibuddha. This quiz has so many questions dealing with American trivia and "standard" stuff, where standards may differ from country to country. Thus it is not a fair judge of observancy for people living in the rest of the world.
Finished!. Do you want us to post them to be sure there's no cheating?
i didnt post my answers, i sent them PM so I could see what I got and so noone cheats!
I don't cheat. I trust that everyone here will do the honorable thing and not cheat either.
Hey, my witch friend, every time I see you fly by overhead I'm reminded to tell you to wear slacks, not that dress. But I digress. I'm embarrassed to say I don't know how to pm.
I am finished, I need the answers! thank you
I got 18. The one's I got right were 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27.
What I've noticed is the fact that most missed #20.
AAaak!
I only got 10 right,
humph.. ego buster that test is.
Answers please, I didn't cheat either, what would be the point.
Although, the fan question, tricked me, I thought we could only put one answer down.
The statue of liberty threw me, I can't believe I had to think hard, I don't know if I have it right.
