Every time I 'share' a post, it appears on my timeline TWICE, comments/likes then end up split between both posts. It's really annoying. I've tried posting on Timeline then sharing, but it 'shares' with me as well! So tried posting on Homepage & sharing but it goes on to my Timeline as well & also 'shares' with me - so still on timeline twice. Friend suggested deleting one of the posts quickly, but which one - the original if I write it on timeline, or when timeline 'shares' it with me delete that one. Can someone help if you can make sense of this. Thanks

Eek, I didn't realise I was! So, if I just post on either my Timeline OR my Homepage it 'shares' automatically? I was hitting 'post', then the option to share appears, so I was 'sharing'. Blimey, now I feel a right plonker. Thank you jespah………..I'll stop hitting 'share'. Doh!!
