Someone's privacy settings changed - yours, hers, or possibly the person posting the photos if it's a third party.

Settings all the same. No 3rd parties.

You have to use the @ symbol as well as spell her entire name out to properly tag someone. Also, you can't tag people whose page you haven't liked or if they unfriended you.

sometimes a suggestion list appears if you start typing a name -- with or without an @ symbol.

i think tagging can be disabled on certain pages, because i can't always tag a person -- and i doubt it's because that person has changed their settings.

you can tag people you haven't liked or friended -- i do it all the time on Group pages...
