I need a computer mouse that won't get all jerky and jumpy.

Do you know an inexpensive mouse to recommend?

That does look good, Walter. Thanks! The price isn't too bad either - I'm sure if I shop around I can find it cheaper than the site that I found the review on.

Mickey. He's been pretty successful in the art world.

I'll second Walter's recommendation. The Logitech MX 1000 is a class above many other optical (laser) rodents.

The current best price for it on shopping.com is $52.95 from Compuplus...it retails for $80.

And of course tablet mice come in handy for graphics, as well.

why dont you use a drawing pad for doing that sort of stuff...though for a decent one its probably gonna be like 200-250... oh yes and at www.ecost.com i think there having a sale on that laser mouse which would be the second i would recomment.... i think its like 65 if its still in stock.

Thanks Monger and mrhags. It looks like the Logitech laser thing must be pretty good.

I don't know if I would need to go so far as a tablet because I'm working with photographs and I really just need something that won't annoyingly skitter about.

But from what I understand those tablets are pretty darn cool.

Welcome to A2K mrhags!
