Hi,

I am currently having problems in loading a few things in Internet.

Firstly, I am unable to load Hotmail site. It only shows a blank page. No message shown. The status bar at the bottom of the IE shows 'DONE'.

Secondly, I tried to use Yahoo!mail then. I am able to log in and went into the mailbox. But when I tried to click on the 'DELETE' button. It is not working. No response.

If anyone knows what problem it is. Please let me know. Thanks.

Have a nice day

I experience the blank page from time to time. It usually shows after a refresh. Try refreshing Yahoo then try the buttons. Have you recently installed any software ? Specifically firewalls or anti-spyware etc?

That's very possibly related to your browser's privacy and security settin's. From your browser's toolbar, try goin to Tools>Reset Web Settings and returnin' everything to "Default". If the sites in question are in your browser's "Trusted Sites" zone, make sure "Require server verification [https:] for all sites in this zone" is NOT checked. If you use a firewall, you should add sites such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail to the firewall's trusted zone (consult the firewall's documentation for specific instructions).

Give it a shot, and post back with the results, if you would, please.
