processes, is there any I should stop?

My task manager shows 56 running processes. What do I need to keep and what can I stop?

I'd suggest you download and run hijackthis and post the log. That is the best way to start.

Have a run through the steps outlined in this Post
Post back a log from HJT please

Running Ad-aware , Spybot,CWS and the 2 online scans will do some cleaning if needed,

Post back a HJT log to this thread please after you have followed the steps in the above post
