All right, I really need some help with my web designing, i need some ideas for layouts and such and I also need some help with coding them, do you guys know of any places where I can go to look at some templates and mabey download them for free? I dont want you just to go on google and give me the first 5 links that show up, give me some of your favorite places to go get templates. Also is there any php tricks or things that you know to make your website look better that mabey I can use on mine.
php is a programming language and by definition should not be involved in design as much as possible.

As to free template sites all, and I mean every last one, are of poor quality in comparison to commercial sites.
There just isn't the same level of professionalism for free templates and thusly the free sites don't attract as much quality and volume.
You might want to look at some commercial template sites for ideas (even if you don't download them).
