Does anyone know what this is?

I think it is japanese and needs a different character set up.

Go to Windows update....
You can try to download Korean and Japanese text view at Windows Update but it should show up an message about download of some sort of text view when you are connecting to a site with different text at some places.

Just try it and post a reply here if it doesn´t work.....

I'm waiting to hear from the person that sent me the site url, to see what she has to say. She uses a public computer at her local library so I don't know why she can access the site and I can't. When I hear from her I'll post what she said.
