AlwaysUpdatedNews installer???

Was wanting to know if anyone knew how to get rid of this infernal thing.
Every time I try to use my windows media player it pops up and will not allow me access to my wmp I've read through the user agreement, but I have not "installed" it. When I do a search for it using google it takes me to a page that just has the word test on it.
In the terms and agreements in makes referrence to MySearchBar.
I know that that is spy/adware...
When I run Spybot Search and Destroy it doesn't help.
