I apologize. I let my emotions get the better of me.

It just angers me the way people seem to act so carelessly, without knowing how their actions might affect others. In my opinion, I think he shouldn't be worried about how much child support he has to pay, but think about how this child is going to grow up instead.

I couldn't agree more, Eryemil!

Oh, and I love your avatar.

Easy for us womins to say, but he doesn't even know that he is the father. Why should he jump in and take responsibility so quickly without confirming paternity?

If he is the father, then sure. He needs to be a father. But we are talking about a baby tht isn't born yet, and a father that hasn't been proven to be the father.

If the tables were turned, I'm pretty sure we would see it differently, although I agree that "female problems" wasn't the best title for this thread.

I am not a woman dear. ^^

And yes, the 'female problems' bit was not the wisest choice for a title. I might be guilty of assuming but I get the feeling that things won't change much if the child does turn out to be his.

You know, with proper use of contraception this wouldn't have been an issue. I know that's looking back in hindsight but I'm just hoping that you've learned your lesson from this.

Childbirth is not accidental, it's the effect of a cause. If it is your child then you will have to be responsible for it. That's the way the current legal system is set. In this case you may be held responsible for the consequences of your actions.

I hear what you're saying, but he was talking about what would happen if the child was his and if it was, his only concern is about paying (or should I say, not paying?) child support.
Instead of being the least bit concerned that he may have created a human being, the only thing going through his mind is having to pay for the "problem"!
The child isn't even born yet and he's looking for possible discounts on child support payments with no regard for the child, which is what bothers me.

Haha, that rose was the fruit of an hour of image editing. I love blue roses, they are so beautiful, yet unattainable. It was a gift for someone.

If you want I can post the original image, it's not too big.

Noddy doesn't have time to "just be nice"--unless she needs jars open or snow shoveled.

Eyremil, you are a gem. Hold your dominion.
