adding my first page to the favourites

Thnx for your wonderful mod!
I love it..

1 question..

Im using your mod so all my pagetitles change.
If u add them to your favourites u can see the topictitle and that sno problem.

But for my first page, index.php i would like to change the title. How can i do that without changing things from your mod!
