Dell charger is not working

Anything sparking like that is broken and needs to be replaced, both to prevent fires and, secondarily, to protect your computer. If the computer is new call Dell and ask for a free replacement charger. If it is not new, a replacement charger should not be that expensive-maybe $30 or so. Much cheaper than a new computer.
