Hi, last week I realize that my friend has his own USB drive in NTFS format and the file transferring was really fast, so i was trying to find how to format the drive as usual, but the two options that i have are FAT or FAT32.
i'll really appreciate if someone could help me on this.
It's a Memorex 128MB.

Properly the reason the files transfers that fast is because it uses usb 2.0.

I dout the difference in file system matters that much.

Also if you ever need to access your usb key in a non windows inviroment you are going to face trouble with ntfs (fat works fine though)
