Why do you superstitious people suppose that only ancient Hebrews can devise a moral code? Or do you really buy into the notion that a god devised those morals? IF so...why do you suppose the god devised some of the moral code items contained in Leviticus and Deuteronomy?
I was just trying to make a point. I believe that obviously, man can devise a moral code, and enforce it, but what backing would it have? Who is to say what is wrong and right? Wouldn't it depend on the individual? In that case, you would have as many different morals, as there are people. O.K that was a little exhagerated, but I just don't see how if I decide to do something, and another man says it is wrong...?

What enforces the code of your gods?
Humans can devise societies...which in turn can decide what is and what is not allowed....and then institute laws and law enforcement to keep society functioning.
Frankly, I am not interested in what is moral or immoral...I am interested in what allows society to functionan reasonably.
If a god is invented that wants to consider homosexuality immoral...and slavery moral...that is okay with me. But I consider anyone who would worship or respect that god to be a goddam idiot...and a traitor to humanity.
Your god fits that former description. It is up to you whether or not you fit the latter.

but eventually I think that some religions will become supremely dominant over others, and some might be completely lost or wiped out
