dag, i'd like to apologize for McTag's inexplicable rudeness.

of course that's you -- the most talented ones always go in front...

Allow me to return your earlier compliment, Dag, with kudos; if looks are a valid way to judge someone, then I judge you awesome!

Dag is the cutest one and the most talented. (McTag hasn't been the same since Walter left for the United States.)

Oh well now, let's not be too harsh on McTag. I only recognized me because I was there. But thank you all, it is a blast still. Weekend after weekend after weekend.

You're so cute... you remind me a little of Bette Midler with the curly blond hair.

You're not nearly as annoying as Bette Midler.

Chai, how could you insult Dag like that?

I'm sort of a cross between Don Knotts and Joan Collins--and I mean old, botoxed Joan.

I'll spare you a pic.

Oh dear, the neighborhood dogs are after me again. Signing off...

For some reason, I think Garg is telling the truth.

I, on the other hand, am an octegenarian named Ethel.

I took this about 10 minutes ago with no tripod - I have no idea in the universe where the reflection came from because it was not visable to the eye

It's lens flare from the moon's light reflected on a surface of your camera's lens.

http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/lens-flare.htm

The full moon is really just too bright to get a good shot. Unless you block it with something, you're always going to get lens flare.

Try underexposing the shot.

You know when you sort through old photos, and you come across one that brings back memories of a certain event in your life?

Well....here's one that I came across, which is crammed full of them. The year?....1977. We were on a horse riding holiday in the Gower Peninsula (Wales), and had gone to have a short break after my wife's final exams for teacher training.
Her friend and fellow trainee teacher (J) came with us and brought her fiance(B).
As my wife and I had been married a couple of months, we decided to let J and B have the only double bed in our rented holiday cottage, which meant that we slept in bunk beds up in the tiny attic.

The weather, although mid summer, was awful. Nevertheless, we were out galloping through forests and along deserted beaches for a whole week, got thoroughly soaked in the process, but had a fantastic time.

The main reason that I get goosebumps whenever I come across this photo, is the fact that my wife is diaplaying a sort of "knowing" look about her.
Anyone who knows about females, will understand it when I say that they KNOW things. They don't know these things enough at the time to let on that they know things, but they know it just enough to parade around with that knowing look.

If we'd have known that she was about two weeks pregnant when we were setting out on the holiday, we certainly wouldn't have gone horse riding.
But then again, I think she had some sort of inkling that our life was heading for some kind of event..............

(from L to R......Horse, B, my wife, J) I have no idea who the horse is.

A great photo to begin with, made all the lovelier by the context. A delight, really.

Why is Lord Ellpus lying on the ground at the far left of the photo. And why is he in such a state? Oh, that's right, the look in his wife's eye. Can't say I blame the guy.
