Hmm.. to say hi back to Soz, Squinney and CJane. Smile
Hi girls!!

CJ, I liked how some of the color on the turtle's back of Wilso's pics is very neon-like.

Here's another pic of my own.
This cutie is native from Porto das Dunas, CearĂ¡, Brazil.
I found him playing around with a few friends at the beach once.

Look at that smile!

I'm glad to see you around again, Superjuly, and that's a precious
picture indeed. The boy smiles from ear to ear - great shot!

Walter, your hometown reminds me always of fairy tales, very nice!

No, southern California.
Life has been good, no complaints at all.

Are you still teaching English?

Hmm.. I don't know why but I thought you were from England.

Nope! Done with the teaching. Actually, I teach to my sister and a couple of friends on saturdays. I work with International Trade now.

I will post pics every now and then on this thread, if that's all right.

I hope ya'll like 'em. Smile

I am originally from Europe, but not England, it's Germany.
Yes, please do so, I'd love to see more pictures of Brazil.
International trading is quite exciting - you export sugar?

Sugar? Why sugar?
I guess that means you've paid attention to your history classes... lol
I import and export actually. import raw material and export the manufactured product for the company.
Pretty interesting stuff indeed.

Let me see what pic I could pull for ya...
This one was also taken in CearĂ¡, Brazil.
From the patio of the house I stayed in during Carnival this year.
The beaches in Southern California must be somewhat alike.

It would have been a fairy tale if we came there with this car, but that was owned by the people at the next table.

(Where your parents live isn't a nightmare town neither ... if I remember correctly  )

What a contrast Superjuly's and Walter's picture give, eh?
Both beautiful in their own rights. I really like the perspective of july's,
and Walter I wish I had a car like that. What kind is it?

I have one - I might even sell it to you. It's old but not too old.

are you sure , mctag ?
only "ein protz" would want to drive a 600 , might as well be a rolls-royce Laughing
i'm trying to picture you in the "backseat" of either a 600 or a RR - surely , you wouldn't want to be mistaken for the chauffeur by sitting behind the steering-wheel ?

going through stacks of pictures today , i came across one from the summer of 1962 .
it shows three "beachbunnies" enjoying themselves near lake ontario - one of them is today a "guru in training" !
i hope i will be forgiven .
