Thanks. This is Southeast of Patra, in coastal Arcadia. It is really a nice place, I grew up here but I'll have to move to a city in 3-4 months to finish the education at a supreme institute.

I live in Paralio Astros (means: Coastal Astros) .

I am not sure in which city I will go, I proposed Athens when I deposit my papers, but it is not sure when they will send me. Hopefully Athens, as it is quite close and we have a flat there.

Here is the is the view from my apartment:

The view from the Southwest balcony, the olive-tree champaign is called Thirea. The mountains belong to Parnon range.

Nice. Do you get many tourists in your town? This is certainly a beautiful
scenery.

Of course, where I live, it's not too shabby either

The big positive of my area is that we have a very long sandy coastline. In summer we have a lot of tourists, but Greek tourists not foreigners. A lot of people from Athens and Tripolis (the Arcadian capital) come here for holidays.

They are some foreign tourists too, mainly from England and Germany, but they are a few.

You're kidding, osso. Those three houses are landmarks, but unfortunately
the owners haven't done anything in years and years, and had hoped
that they finally get an okay from the city to demolish the old houses.
The city won't do it though, and so these beautiful old houses are not
lived in, not cared for and just rot on the property. What a shame!

While the adults were having their "Kaffee und Kuchen" in the shadow and the boys are amusing themselves in a tree house, the two princesses (the other one is sitting at the opposite side of the table) took place ... besides the Frog King, in the sun.

When I arrived there today (in Dortmund, 3/4 hours drive away [Mrs. Walter stayed at home due to migrane]), I was wellcomed by our godchild with "Something terrible happened! Selma got a wasp bite."

This was cured by our friend, their father, a medical doctor (though psychiatrist) with ... a kind of tranquillizer.

But all the trouble before she took them ... they could have taken some as well
(It finally worked: "Either you take two spoonfull or we drive to the hospital." - "With Walter?" - "No, with me." Laughing )
