Funny picture, husker.

We took a little trip to our local university, where hopefully one day
my daughter will get into. It's quite a beautiful campus

I haven't been through the entire thread, but I would like to say that I saw a young and great looking guy and his perfect wife today. Although I don't feel too well, looking at them was like a restorative.

My daughter was a passenger in a serious rollover accident while leaving Yosemite last week. The small SUV rolled at least 6 times and dropped almost 400' into a ravine. Fortunately no one was seriously injured - amazingly. I hug and kiss her every day. That's her at far right.

I wasn't there, but just as horrifying was the fact that her mother was in the car behind and watched it happen.

Wow, glad to hear she's ok. What happened to cause the rollover?

Thanks everyone.

They were going down a very steep grade and the inexperienced driver took a curve too fast, hit the guardrail and spun across the uphill lane. She almost got it stopped but they tipped over the edge and rolled down the hill.

There was a long series of miscues that led to this situation, one that should never have occurred (the road where it happened is a notorious one, and the wrong driver was behind the wheel, but once you get onto it, there is no way to pull over).

There was no substance abuse involved. One of the other occupants was the mother of the driver.

I am glad your daughter, and everyone else involved is okay, cj,
especially after seeing the smashed up car. What a horrible sight that picture is, and yes, a nightmare for every parent.

I bet you are a mightily relieved man, cjhsa. That looks one heck of a wreck.

Glad to hear that everyone was OK.

WHEW!!!

Keep an eye out for your daughter, cjhsa. She may have used up all her allotted luck for this year at once.
