[closed]Gallery

Montana, it has been posted somewhere in the past that the gallery takes up too much (whatever computer term is) as it is now constructed, and to open a new one will take Craven a lot of time and effort. It is on his list - or was, it might not be any more - but not near the top.

Why not open a "Gallery" thread in "General" (featured) and
ever member can post a picture of her/himself.

That's not a bad idea, but I wonder if Craven would want that seeing that pics take up a lot of space. Maybe he could pop in here and let us know if it would be ok with him. If we don't hear from him here in a few days, I'll post a question directed at him and ask him what he thinks.

I just spotted it. Thanks Calamity. That was a very good idea :-D I've missed the gallery very much, so this will me the next best thing ;-)

As of right now there are still plans to open a new gallery, and to allow access (in some form) to the pictures that had been uploaded to the old one so that they can be transferred.
