Fetch all portal with mod rewrite

I need your help in modifieing your code to work with this portal. The only reason I use it is that it provides a one link or 2 link to every post ever posted in my forum. This would be great because everytime I got spidered I would have every post spidered. The problem I am haveing is that I cannot great your mod to rewrite links comeing out of my portal to my forum. Also I need to rewrite only type of link that goes from portal to portal ( looks like this: index.php?start=*)

Is this just a simple matter of codeing or do I have to make a new mod rewrite part for this portal. It is the fetch all portal which I am sure you know of.
