Where on the screen in Gmail is the Menu icon?
Gmail in a web browser has menus or drop downs in more than one place, depending on what activity you want to do.
@centrox,
centrox-
I have a large number of Bookmarks. Now when I attempt to create a new Bookmark, the new entry does not appear on the Bookmark list. I went to
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-add-change-or-save-bookmarks (at your suggestion for which I thank you) and one of the suggestions is:
Click the menu button ... (the icon for the menu button is 3 horizonal parallel lines.
That's not Gmail, that's Firefox.

The Firefox menu icon is normally in the top right corner, under the close button. It is made of three horizontal lines. This type of menu is increasingly popular. They are called 'burger menus' because the icon resembles a sandwich.
