Quick question, I need to know what the PCI slot is for, I have no idea what that thing is for! Thanks

PCI - Peripheral Component Interconnect

Basically its a standard connection that you can plug many devices into, to enhance the functionality of your PC. You can add in Modems, LAN (Local Area Network) Cards, TV Cards etc etc.

PCI is now being replaced with PCI Express which is the same thing but faster. Very Happy
