Lindy Chamberlain-Creighton sat at the front with her husband Rick Creighton to her left. He comforted her at times with his arm around her shoulder. To her right was her former husband Michael.
The most poignant moment occurred when the Coroner spoke directly to the Chamberlains and told them she was sorry for their loss.
In the public gallery there were tears and people choking back their emotions. Aidan Chamberlain who was just 6 years old when his baby sister was taken by a dingo cried and hugged his mother and father. You can only imagine how the whole saga has affected him over the years. He's now 39.
