So, pizza insurance..... has anyone seen this? Dominoes now offers insurance on your carry out pizza. Is this insane?
I have a feeling that people will buy this insurance and other fast food chains will follow suit. The same thing happened with extended warrantees on vehicles and appliances and whole home warrantees.
And go back a few more years, the same with health insurance and auto insurance.
Does anyone see this as crazy as I do? I get the idea of spreading out the risk, but what are the limits of this, and is it a good idea? All viewpoints are welcome and I look forward to the discussion!

I think you misunderstand. Domino's is not charging for insurance. Andany businesses have done this for decades when I dropped my coffee they replaced it for free.
The world is not ending.
