cmon, be a true web developer and do it in a text editor (Vi, Emacs or my favourite Pico)

Otherwise what you are looking for is a WYSIWYG editor, go google for "Linux WYSIWYG editor" and im sure you will find a few.

I know Openoffice has an HTML editor included, not sure how good it is though

going to check out something called NVU

NVu looks good, I might give it a try myself, im trying to switch to Linux as much as possible...

Personally I prefer joe these days. It's not like Frontpage though, so you'll have to do the work. Frontpage and the like just make the pages far more complicated and sloppy than they really need to be.

I think it's a waste. If you want to get good, do it all by hand.
