I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this (and if not, mods do your thing), but I have had to mute my computer just now because the most godawful noise was coming over the speakers. Upon investigation, it appears to be from the "Jamster" ad at the top of the page. I can't describe the sound, but it's very loud, and very annoying.
Is this normal and expected? I don't remember there being any sounds coming from advertisements before. At least I've never had to mute my computer before.
If you touch it with your cursor, it makes that noise...I want to throw my computer out the window when it does that!!!!
Please get rid of that ad!

This is worse.....oh god...I touched it again....there he goes...in the big ad on the side he has a little penis. I think that is grounds for removing the ad. Dirty little bastard....

I may have run my cursor over it to get it going after all. If I don't "touch" it, it doesn't make noise. I'll have to be more careful.
When the ad is on the top and the side it is really hard not to touch it. I went to the jamster website and you can't just contact them. I wanted to tell them how awful their ad was.

Exactly... I click on a tab at the top, then of course I bring the curor down right over the ad .... launching the most annoying sound in the world.

Man, you guys are missing out on all the good radio on the net...why, I even loaded my Firefox toolbar with my favorite radio stations(nudge nudge...wink wink Tico)
One day Craven will add a radio station to A2K where the posters can spin songs...then you can turn up your audio.
