My friends bithday is coming (girl/cousin) i wanted to give her gift i asked her home address but she rejected me from giver her gift she said that her parents wont like it and said that its not good. What should i do now..?

Honor her request. Just call her and give her a greeting.
She seems to not want to have a relationship with you that is more than that.
