Hi and welcome to A2K pericochit

Info on IPmon32.exe
"Installed with Verizon DSL accounts.
IP Insight is a Quality of Service monitor and diagnostic tool that isn't required"

What is detecting it a Trojan ?

I spoke with the microsoft people and they said that it was some type of adware or trogan that keeps changing its name. Its in the startup file but I have it disabled because when its enabled my desktop will not showup(no start menu no icons no nothing. I have to run everything through the task manager. It bounces between two files the one listed and one file simple know as 1. It confused the microsoft tech. Thank you

pericochit would think it would be fine to leave it disabled,
a couple minor clean ups with HJT
Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click "Fix Checked"

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BJCFD] C:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe

Reboot your computer,
You could also remove the following from your start ups as well

motivesb.exe

Let us know if it helps
