HELP ME WINDOW XP

hi i'm running winning XP right now and it was working fine for three months. i have MICRO TREND and AD-AWARE kinda stop the pop ups... i've kept it clean for a few months, then one of my friend came over she use the computer and accidentally click on the damn SPYWARE crap. so now i've been infected. so whenever i run the AD-AWARE it says that there are 10files in the REGISTRY FILES. and pop ups has been slowly crawl back into my baby. before every 5days i get 20 files.........now each day i get 20 or more. I know it's the damn registry files that is killing my computer. Is there i away i can get into it and delete it out of my registry? I AM COMPUTER ILLITERATE. so is there anyone who can give me a hint or show me how to do it please..................i would appreciate it. [email protected] or email me......all help are welcomed
