help me please it is exactly the same as the searchweb2 without the icons and i cant use the searchweb2 removal tools to get rid of it.

please help and iv tried ad-aware , spybot S&D , Spy sweeper.

Hi manic and welcome to A2K,

Dowload the following program
CWShredder
It should be the current version, but check for updates
Run Program cwshredder and have it fix anything it finds.
Make sure you click the "Fix" button

Please go Here and unzip the newest version of HJT into a new dedicated folder,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt. Unzip HijackThis into this folder. Launch Hijack This, then press Scan, and press Save Log
This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Most things are harmless and needed so don't make any changes.

Do you have Admin rights on this machine ?
If so run the lopuninstaller under Admin as well as the user this log is posted from, Would be helpfull if you can post a HJT log from the Admin and any other users on this machine

Run this please lop uninstaller
Reboot

Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click "Fix Checked"

Run the lopuninstaller under Admin, and any other user on the machine,
Then let me know how many users are on this machine,

Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click "Fix Checked"
