@anybox,
Yes any, there is, sorta, and you're to be congratulated, along w/Ori, for your interest in our crazy Eng Lang. Many of us 'writers,' and I use that term hesitantly, almost automatically avoid such repetition by the use of syns

Happy to respond to any q, Box

[And if you're atall interested, above called 'pun' [an awful one], something of great interest to the 'writer']

In the 1980s, I ran a fishing gear store, however I knew nothing of fishing. I rode a motorcycle in those days, however I did not have a licence* to do so.

*Spelled "license" in USA.

Two consecutive sentences, each containing 'however', not breaking any rules. There are very few rules, if any, governing consecutive sentences. Whether the effect is elegant or clumsy is another matter, and this, perhaps, is the IOP's concern?

@dalehileman,
Honestly, I don't know what you're talking about. Sorry.

@izzythepush,
Again once more [again] Izzy, repeatedly9 [a purposeful typo discussed later; but meann' 'over and over'], you've made my entire day [made me happy] and I wish there was moraya [more of you]

...where, contrary to [sounding as if I had said something else that doesn't agree with what I'm saying presently] my recent message to Stur [Sturgis, another a2k'er], I once more feel compelled to [I feels like I should] complain bitterly about [gripe over] ]Spellin' Software. Tell me, honestly now Iz, if you were one'v'em [one of them, meaning the Software Spelling Specialists], wouldn't you've 'gnized [recognized] 'repeatedly9' as a missp [misselling [?]
