I was just referring to the first sentence that says "The Happiness Faerie" so I decided to look it up to find a possible clue. The closest thing I could find was Happiness Faerie Plushie with a description that says something like "the Happiness Faerie doesn't exist"

Dr. Sloth sometimes masquerades around Neopia as The Happiness Faerie. Like the existence of Jelly World, this is an inside joke in that despite The Happiness Faerie resembling Dr. Sloth with cardboard wings, he has still duped the Neopian population with his disguise

Well Sloth Day already happened and I remember when I went to get the I *heart* Happiness avatar, it was on the Space Faerie page but his image was on the top. I wish I could remember if there was any text by the picture and if there was, what did it say?
