@beebzzz,
oh right. hahaha, good point!
@beebzzz,
Quote:342 is the current conundrum round
Ah, that almost certainly means it doesn't have any meaning for the puzzle.
Viewing the image large size in paint doesn't show me anything. It has a white border around the grid, but I think we can dismiss that.
Braille is 2x3, so that doesn't fit.
So if you think it is one word and maybe each line is a letter in that word then 3 of the letters would be the same.
@spaceymom,
I'm guessing one short answer - they say word, but I'm not ready to say it is necessarily just one word. And that lack of variation in the lines is bugging me a lot, so I'm doubting it is one letter per line. I could easily be wrong, however.
the better than you is vs. Dr. Sloth in the never ending boss battle
whats up with the continued focus on sloth and virtupets? it was sloth day like 3 weeks ago, then they gave out a sloth stamp as the prize 2 weeks ago...
What if we were to imaging the blue areas on the grid to be cut out. Is there somewhere in Neopia (like on the space station) where we could place the grid over a message and read the revealed letters?
The slant could turn an E into an F. I'm not sure what the half-height bars would do, as we don't have any letter that are top-only.
@vvktv,
Lol gla. I think the LC is hard. I have tried to but i think my brain capacity is low when it comes to blank images lol. I thought it said FREE at first. but nope
@Diverse,
I am going to check to see if there is something online that reveals the letters- Brettfavre_99
@lennyfan,
it does resemble a some sort of a perforated card.
one more thing - why blue? if they used black, we wouldn't be able to see the borders between colored squares - so maybe they are important
@beebzzz,
wELL I KNOW in china and shanghai, they use cloth thread to stitch secret codes into the fabric, do you think the pattern is actually inside a pattern?
Okay, an hour of nothing is all I can afford for now. I've tossed out pretty much all the ideas I have. The only other thing I noticed is that the name of the image, basenji.gif, could be read as Base N (the sixteenth letter of the alphabet) followed by JI. Not sure what if anything that might mean, unless there is hexadecimal (base 16) involved somehow.
it's a type of cryptograph I think
we just need to find out what the key is... or perhaps use clock cryptography??
N is the 14th letter, but still not a bad idea. Even if the code is numerical in some way though, how do you signify the half/3/4 squares?
just most cryptographs encrypt things at 128 bits... and 128 happens to be the 16x8 which is what the grid is set up as.
sorry, I'm new. I'm Bunny
@bunny87,
Hi bunny, im new too. Not sure how to really throw in ideas because i dont want to ruin one. But to me the image on the block graph or whatever seems to be a 3 or an e. And when i think of the Dr. sloth i think of FREE as in set free. Like the reitrewd save judora or whatever avatar
there's definitely a curve something in there.
I don't understand the half lines at all. It's quite confusing
@bunny87,
I agree. I have been trying to find some type of solver for it online. But its tricky. I wonder if i copy in paint and enlarge if anything will pop up
I don't know if this would help any but the Happiness Faerie is the happy-looking Sloth found on the I *heart* Happiness avatar.
it looks like the avatar sell sell
