For anyone that wants to compare, I got a 5-digit number with 13 as the sum of the digits. I have this annoying tendency to rush things and miss things, so no guarantee that this is correct. I would seem that today's problem seemed to be a very straight-forward math calculation. Just wished it hadn't come out almost immediately after one of my checks - I was only checking about every half hour.

Glad to see that TNT added the "remaining" part of it.

Wow, so far we have a 5-digit number that sums to 13, 16 or 26 with 1, 6 or 9 as the middle digit.

I was thinking that
total of the 12 neopets (%) - 878912
Moehog (%) - ?

I think I am wrong... ###6#.6...round off is ###61
I get 17 when I add up my answer...Sad

6 digits to 8? Doesn't seem likely.

i agree with LennyFan -- 19 digits is waaaaay too many.

it seems like most people are coming up with a 5 digit number.
if you don't, you should probably try again.

@LaLaaaa,
878912 g is the remaining amount. Also, the percentages don't apply to the starting amount, they apply to the remaining amount each time.

@lennyfan,
I did the reverse percent all the way back to what the original amount of the entire omelette, then subtracted the amount after the moehog ate his portion from what it was before he ate his portion.The original amount of the omelette has 21 digits(so I figured)
