Even though I TOO had a lot of help. Wink You know?
/but, okay, since the contest has not been judge, I'll spell it out because it's probably going to take maybe an hour to judge, you might not see this. Anyways, you'll have to go to a place in terror mountain and read the signs. If there are 12, then thats the one!! Get the first two letters of each sign from right to left. The end.

EDIT: Ooops! It's just been judged and I was correct, the answer was: TOME

Just received my letter:

Congratulations! You have guessed correctly in the Lenny Conundrum game (round 335). You have won 6370 NP!

Which means only about 300 people got it correct. I like that.

For anyone that is interested, the prize of 6370 NP means that 314 people submitted the correct answer.

To clarify wertyiu102's post of the answer a bit, you go to Happy Valley on Terror Mountain. There you will see 12 signs. If you read them from left to right, you see:
SCratch card kiosk
TOp of the mountain
RInk runner
MErry outfits
GIft tags
ICe cream machine
ICe cream cart
ADvent calendar
WIntery petpets
SNowball fight
ICe caves
SLushie shop

The original LC list was:
SC
__
RI
__
GI
IC
IC
AD
WI
SN
IC
SL

so the missing pairs of letters are TO and ME. Put them together to get TOME, which fits with the Atlas of the Ancients plot. Rearrange them to get MOTE, which has nothing to do with the plot, so since the conundrum said the word might be related to a recent plot, we took the first one, TOME.

I'm going to predict that either this week's or the following week's LC will be based on the Advent Calendar. Jellyneo puts up a nice AC guide: http://www.jellyneo.net/?go=advent.

The last one of the year, which might be next week's or might wait until the 23rd (I'm betting on no new LC on the 30th) will probably have something to do with how many NP have been awarded for all of the LC's during the year, so it might be worth going back and reviewing the news for the last year to see what has been awarded.

Just my guesses based on past LC experience. I have no inside information.

Blah, I put MOTE -- and I bet if I put TOME, I would have had gold. Sad

MOTE did have a bit to do with the plot. One of the prizes during that endless balancing activity was a mote, although I admit that had less to do with the plot than TOME did.

Hmmm.. I never had gold. I am stuck on silver. Bah, I doubt I'll EVER be first ten.

A Doglefox was walking down a path one day when Brucey B appeared in front of him. "Solve this puzzle, and you may pass," he said.

Twelve Neopets ate from the Giant Omelette. The Skeith ate 8.2% of the Omelette. Then a Moehog ate 5.0% of the remaining omelette. Then a Scorchio ate 4.7% of the remaining omelette. Then a Grundo ate 3.5% of the remaining omelette. Then a Kau ate 4.3% of the omelette. Then a Grarrl ate 9.1% of the remaining omelette.

Then an Eyrie ate 5.0% of the remaining omelette. Then a Lupe ate 6.2% of the remaining omelette. Then an Elephante ate 10.3% of the remaining omelette. Then a Kacheek ate 3.6% of the remaining omelette. Then a Buzz ate 1.2% of the remaining omelette. And finally, a Jetsam ate 7.5% of the remaining omelette.

Once they were all done, the omelette weighed exactly 878912 grams. How many grams of the Omelette did the Moehog eat? Round to the nearest whole gram. Submit only a number with no punctuation or other information. For example, if he ate twenty thousand grams, you would submit only the number "20000" with no commas or spaces in the number.

Was the Kau supposed to have eaten 4.3% of the REMAINING omelette at the time, or 4.3% of the original?

Hmm, good question about the Kau. Didn't see that before.

I submitted my answer, but since math is not my strong suit, it's probably wrong. Razz

well shucks, i answered within 5 minutes, assuming that the kau's portion was of the remaining omelette at the time, but I submitted the amount the moehog did NOT eat, as opposed to what he did eat. oops.

Woo, the question has been altered since it was originally published, now is:
"Then a Kau ate 4.3% of the remaining omelette. "

They have added a word "remaining".....

@vvktv,
Hmm, not what I got. I'll agree with 5 digits, but not that 6 in the middle.
