About a week late, are you? It's always announced in New Features when a new one's posted.
A quick note about the last week's worth of posts:
According to
Neopets Terms of Service, discussing the answers to a contest is not itself cheating. In fact, it's not even mentioned.* "Cheating" by TOS terminology is using programs to play the games for you [something that, unfortunately for the actual LC cheaters, isn't possible with the LC]. Technically speaking, you are cheating yourself to just look off someone else's paper, but there is no way to prove that someone has cheated in answering a LC correctly. If I get the correct answer, they can't say, "Oh, Jen Aside is on Able2Know, so she must have gotten the answer from there! Let's freeze her!" because that's not my username on the Neopets, nor is my e-mail for each the same.
What they can and WILL do is freeze/suspend anyone giving out the answers--or fake answers--on the Neoboards, because it's well within their jurisdiction to do so. However, there is no way to police this same activity outside of Neopets itself, which is why going off-site to chat with other Neopians is actively discouraged.
*I do realize the LC itself says it "is against the rules" to give out the answer or very clear hints, but again, this is still something they can't completely police, especially when non-Neopians are dragged in as happens here. In fact, since it's so easy to impersonate a Neopian off-site, it's highly unlikely they will freeze someone purely on the basis of "gave out contest answer off-site." There's just too much to monitor on Neopets itself without getting into the rest of the Internet.
I would get into my "Year X" is different from "Neopets is X years old" bit again, but y'all really just need to start reading previous posts.
