Leg cramps are really very painful. There are some actions that may provide you relief:
Stretch your cramped leg and slowly massaging leg can help to relax.
Taking warm bath or shower onto the cramped leg can help and use heating pad on your leg to get relief. Alternatively, you can massage with ice to reduce pain.
If the cramping is severe then you can ask your doctor for muscle relaxing medications.
