Public access to Master thesis/Doctoral dissertations?

Hmmm.. I think all the recent works in the CT State University system are posted on-line. I did a Google search and found my mother's a few years back.

That's a cool resource, but it includes far more than theses and dissertations. I did an egotistical search and found an article I wrote, but not my thesis (not surprising, given how long ago it was written, not to mention the fact that I typed it).
