Does anyone think that a feasable AI will become available within the next two years?

First, you need to define what "feasable AI" is. There are many software that use what is correctly called "AI" right now.

The real goal of many in the AI community is the "Turing Test". This means that person and a piece of software will be asked questions and a panel of human experts will be unable to tell if the answers are from the software or from the person.

This very well may happen in the future.

It is very unlikely to happen in the next two years.
