Almost all RAM on the market today is some form of
Synchronous
Dynamic RAM....e.g. PC66/100/133 SDRAM, DDR SDRAM in all its forms, etc.
To find out exactly what kind of RAM you're currently using, you could open your PC case & hope the memory stick(s) in there are labeled, or you could run a system information utility which tells you (my favorite is
Everest).
