The Furnace of Refinement
Attached to every soul is a furnace of affliction;
The "ore of the soul" is its own prediction.
No ore or soul is favored over another,
Mistakenly called a sister or brother.
The Smelter's hands have built the oven
Balanced by His promise of forever loving.
The decisions by each soul
Decides either coolness or more coal.
Any unfairness of life, is preceded thus far,
That of your own making - And not of the Smelter's, seen from afar.
Then if the ore is consumed or set free,
Wither is your decision to be?
In this life, yes, you did ask for Heaven or Hell,
Taking the chance on one is what the future will tell.
The courage of faith is the key to the oven door,
That will set you free, forevermore.
Love does indeed, hide many a sin,
But there remains, to be thoroughly purged within.
A Single Life's example was given to the end,
Showing direction to all, never to bend.
Those who fall away from this faith and courage,
Are living proof and try to discourage,
Another soul from going ahead.
This much is more to their dread.
For those who gain the key to the door,
Will surely know life evermore.
Those who cower behind traditions and non-belief,
Gain the fire that will consume them, with no relief.
The oven door is closing when soon there will be
Never another chance to set yourself free.
You say you are now free, is that what you say?
The proof is in your DOING, and NOT what comforts you today.
What is a bit of UN-comfort compared to eternity of joy and rest -?
Starting with THIS life, then beyond to the best?
Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son,
but life is life, and God stopped it
before death had begun.
What will YOU sacrifice, that does not breathe?
Yet your own life, you will not relieve
To end life's trials and trauma's
Without hurting another life's drama?
To seek and find God with the clothes on your back only,
And rewarded handsomely, with truth, peace, and love -
never to be lonely.
Peace be with you my fellow sister and brother,
I found that which will cover My soul
Through death's shadow in the valley,
And am here to tell you - "Do NOT dally[/i]
!"
