Frustrating redirect of searches - Searchmeup

Okay I can usually get rid of most trojans and viruses that hit the home computer but can't figure this one out. When I search certain words on Google and then hit the links I get sent to pages whose properties all indicate www.searchmeup.com.

I've run Adaware, Spybot and CWS Shredder and others but still the same problem. Here is the Hijack This log:

One other thing I just noticed and this is annoying. With the computer's speakers turned on I'm getting some weird ping or popping type sound when I go to a new site or even randomly. Is this some kind of dialer or other thing?

Any suggestions?
