The Rarest PSX Game

I have recently found that the rarest psx game was called POY POY. When I was younger i rented and played this game nonstop. I declared POY POY my favorite game because of its high multiplayer action, and all of the abilities your character can use. If anyone finds out where to find POY POY, post something.
