I was wondering if anyone had any effective softball drills that could improve mine as well as our teams skills. i would like to practice this winter but i dont know very many drills i can do individually or in a small group. any help would be appricated.

anyone else know any or where to find some? a group of us are planning for a practice thing and some new fun drills would be helpful.
