Hello

I'd like to contact a seller because the goods that I bought isn't the same as the original.

Do the following sentences sound natural to you?

Unfortunately, I have to make a complaint about the product no. 356500 as it is different from the original. Therefore, I demand a refund.

You ordered a product. You liked it.

You re-ordered the same product and when it arrived, it was not the same as the first order.

So you want a refund for what you spent for the second order.

I doubt that you'll get a refund if you keep the jeans. What you need to do is return the jeans and enclose a letter explaining why.

I ordered a jacket (product number) but was sent jeans by mistake. I am returning the jeans and would like to have the correct item sent to me. Or send me a refund.

What if I want to report it? Could I say "The jacket 356500 is not the product I ordered" when writing the reason of reporting?

I'm not sure I understand your question. You enclose a letter with the jeans you're returning. The letter is the report. Or you can call the company and ask how this mistake should be handled.
