(X-1) / 2 = K
(X-1) / 3 = L
(X-1) / 4 = M
...
1. Find numbers (X) that if divided by (2 up to and including 9) gives the remainder 1.
2. What is the smallest one.
I suppose if X is a constant and you're looking for a remainder of 1, then you'll want the lowest common denominator + 1, meaning you'd pick the lowest common denominator + 2 since it's always X-1
LCD=12
X=LCD + 2=14
X-1=13
13%2=1
13%3=1
13%4=1
voila
Correct. Just need to carry it through to 9.
Answer is LCM(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) + 1 = 2521
