Could someone tell me who is listed as having the highest IQ?

I have in front of me the 1977 Guiness Book. Odds are, the record remains the same, as most records keep for at least several years.

This edition has on Kim Ung-Yong of Seoul, S Korea as having an IQ of 210 using the Terman index.
