Hello,
I had a Facebook account which was disabled due to breaking facebooks policies (unsure which but anyway). So I made another which is less than a week old. Every day I am logged out and receive a message "we've noticed suspicious activity, please upload a clear photo of your face". After around 24 hours they unlock the account but then every single day repeat the process. Does anyone know what this could be? I filed 2 reports but they didn't respond to either.
@DanielMarshall ,
I have had the exact same experience ! EVERY DAY Facebook tells me the exact same thing you're experiencing. And EVERY DAY I have to go in a create still yet ANOTHER password, (and of course they won't allow you to use anything you've ever used before as a password !) Then, you have to go through that 5-10 minutes of proving you really are who you say you are by picking pictures. I finally got so damn fed up with it that I decided that it's just not worth the hassle so I plan to delete my Facebook account at the end of the month unless they fix this fiasco.
Well, of course it's suspicious activity - now - because you're logging into FB with, most likely, the exact same IP address and maybe even a similar user name, email address, and password.
