I.
Aricon stood over his stale body. She could smell that saccharine odor of rigor mortis settling over his tense muscles. Sweat and blood slid down through her pores; her hands were quivering. A slow, uneasy grin formed through her teeth as she wiped the mind matter off her face and gun. His face was smashed up against the concrete, Taylicom looked frightened even in death. Aricon brushed the hair out of his eyes and untied his hands.
"I wish I coulda saved you kid." She whispered as she dragged his corpse deeper into the dark. She closed his eyes, tucked the U22 Neos in her bra and took the documents out of his corset. She kissed him firmly on his bloody lips," It's gonna be a brave new world; really wish I coulda saved you."
She licked the gore off her lip. Boots half laced, body high from the drugs of slaughter, she wondered into the light-diffused streets disguised as another causality in this sick new earth.
Metropolis embraced her in its deep fists. It didn't see the scars of killing through its smokestack eyes. She tromped on the surface, looking at through the grimy windows into the lives of the damned; the Nemesis had left these streets so battle scared, no one had survived the Advancement undamaged. Nothing was left as it was before under the florescent lights of technological progress and electronic warfare.
She was overwhelmed with a dizzy spell as she stumbled into the grotesque apartment building. Roaches scattered along the walls as she commanded the elevator door. She crawled into the elevator, and curled up on the floor. She passed out on the cold tile, overwhelmed by adrenaline.

"****, you look like you just walked outta World War Three." Samanthrax was standing over her when she finally managed to open her eyes. Sam had a smoke packed between her lips as she rummaged through the papers Aricon has stolen before. "There's blood all over the ******* pages, you moron. What the hell did you do to him?"
Aricon pulled herself up on the elevator handles; she had a smirk stained across her face. She pinched the ember on the cigarette and handed Samathrax a blood stained pistol, "He looks real good dead, Sam. Real good." She ripped the papers out of Samanthrax's hands and spit. Blood still whelmed in her saliva.
The elevator door sprung open. Sam lit up another smoke, "Your ears bleeding, you idiot. You've been ignoring Scab's frequency."
"Ya well, it's kinda hard to focus on the bastards frequency when you've got a six inch barrel up to some sick whore's head. I didn't need any more information; I already found what I needed. I did what I needed to do; I don't need the god damn doctor all the time." Aricon slammed open the door.
"Aricon, you silly little ****." His voice filled her mind; electronic impulses ran through her spine. The syringe penetrated and Aricon could feel nothing but his voice pacing through her veins, "This is just what the doctor ordered."
She collapsed on the dirty floor.

"I'm sick of sleeping now." Her voice was slow and garbled.
"Yes well, you wouldn't have let me play around in your brain juices if you were awake." dR.scab looked over her and grinned. "You can't keep ignoring my frequency. So I had to do a little experiment."
Aricon glared up at him. She could feel the stitches in her scalp, "Would you please stop raping my brain! Jesus, I've learned to ignore you no matter what you do to my head, Scab. I can do this on my own; you give me the mission, I'll figure my way in."
"You know you're my favorite little agent, Aricon. I'm not going to let you walk into a trap." Scab unhooked her hands from his lab table. She fumbled around for her gun.
"Look, I did what you told me to do. I have your god damn papers, I've read through them and Taylicom is dead. What more do you want? I'm not dead, I could have done this with out you fumbling around in my head." Aricon held the gun at his head. He pushed it away and smiled.
"Yes, my little machine. But it's so much more fun amusing myself in your serotonin." He walked off with a sardonic tweak in his eye.

Lemme know what you think. I love suggestions and constructive critism and I do take things into mine. Yay! Twisted Evil
